Hey! I don’t usually leave reviews but I canceled this service bc customer service told me that “they” don’t cover existing problems !! I was willing to wait my 48 hours and I only needed a jump star...

Good Sam isn't what it use to be I dropped them right away, I'm a full timer and have been a member of good sams for years.
But, "Their extended warranty is a joke" they use that "pre-existing " way to much to get out of repairs. My rig is 7 years old, and I'm the 2nd owner, everything had been working fine for over 1000 miles and multiple camp grounds. But (1) of my slide outs started acting up and not coming in as I traveled to see family these past few months Holidays of 2024. Well out of their mouths con men comes their way out "pre-existing" problems? 7 month 1000 mile no issues.. so I fired them and Now I'm going tell everyone my story so they know what their paying for...... Nothing.....
I wish everyone would do the same it's a major problem when they pull this I Was Told As Soon As I Paid I Was Covered a Month Later I Needed My Warranty... But Good Ole Sams RUNNING AWAY
