Lots of companies do this. Cable, satellite tv, phones, Sirius radio, credit cards. This is why many customers do the 1st yr, then cancel.....If they stay alert. When I get the new bill, if it’s a “we gotcha now” rate, I cancel. Look elsewhere. Free market, competition capitalism. =. Choices.
