Im well aware of software upgrades. When I mentioned upgrades Im including all the associated expenses to implement the change.
I never said there isnt any sites hosting images - I said I had not been on one that was a forum and image hosting so I conclude (right or wrong) they just seem to be few and far between for the reason mentioned - bandwidth.
