Last week when at my local CW I purchased some items. When I handed the girl my Lifetime member card (as we have not received the Elite card yet, but the GS website has been updated to reflect it), I noticed that her computer screen stated we still had a travel trailer. It had been changed on our account on the GS website back before.
Are the accounts not connected or up dated daily?
Also, not sure if it was that time or not, but when the account number was entered, there were two accounts with the same number. One for me and GS and the other for someone else in Pittsburgh and roadside assistance I believe it was. Seeing this, this makes a very good argument for one account number for each member and then have the services attached to them. Rather than seperate account numbers for each service.
