Hi, this is the best way we can communicate to our members, specially when you are travelling, we do not want for our members to experience any lapse in their coverage, because they are on the road, a mail sent to your home address is not efficient, this is the point behind this letter.
IF it had the CORRECT expiration date on it yes it would be helpful.
But it is intentionally written and/or mailed with an
incorrect expiration date on it. There is NO excuse for this other than to 'get' the member to send in a payment ahead of time or worse yet double pay for a membership that in many incidences is not due for years.:(
