So, I did finally speak to someone and she notifies me that GSRA does not get involved with the issue between the mechanic and myself. I told her I had a provider lined up but GSRA insisted on sending a mobile mechanic to my RV instead of having it towed to the mechanic I had located.
Finally, she tells me that my problem would be covered if I had Good Sam Extended Service Plan. She said the best she can do is have someone call me in 3-5 business days.
