With all due respect, it is your son you should be upset with. He gave the provider the credit card number but failed to get the amount of the charge. Or if he did know how much the charges were, he should have at least contacted you to get your approval before signing off on the charge. Perhaps GoodSam will provide some assistance, but I don't see why they should.
