Service Agreement for my 2009 Kia Sorento
I have had the Good Sam Service Agreement for over a year now. My Sorento was having a problem with the transmission going in and out of limp mode. That is when the automatic transmission drops into 2nd or third gear when it is supposed to be in first gear. Actually I used a hand scanner to get the codings and brought the codes to my mechanic. He identified the problem, transmission solenoid 1A, and replaced. Have not had any problem since. Bill came to just under $800. Good Sam paid the shop all but the $100 deductible. Paid very quickly. I am very satisfied with Good Sam and recommend them to everyone that I know. :)
