Wholesale Warranty extended service agreement

I talked at length with Stephen at Wholesale Warranties today looking to get an extended warranty on my 1 year old class A.
The information they sent too me covered everything (disclosed whats not covered, like the usual wear and tear stuff).
I told him that the policy seemed too good to be true.84 months , actually 6 years (date of in service) or 70k miles.$3600 paid upfront. $4000 in installments In addition you can get a 5 or 7 year warranty on the tires / rims for $449
As a broker, WW sells only thru Portfolio Protection company, who uses Virginia Surety as their underwriter and the "checks" are written by First Extended Warranty Company.
Stephen said that online there are a lot of negative feedbacks on these companies "for the auto extended warranty service" they sell. He said that this does not extend to RV's. I don't understand that.....or is WW that new, handling This company Portfolio Protection warranty that the "crap" hasn't hit the fan yet?
Any thoughts? All the reviews about WW are raves, however, their employees and business has doubled over the last 12-24 months but what does that say?
Anyone actually had warranty issues taken care of by WW in the last 2 years while they've sold Portfolio Protection policies?
Thanks in advance.............:)
