We bought it in February this year. We will cancel it for sure. We had issues when we first bought it and I assumed, because we were told, that the extended service plan covered all the issues. But it really didn't. They just made repairs because we had JUST bought it and didn't want to pi** off a new customer. I even posted here how delighted we were about the plan. I regret that post now.
