I have been sitting beside the road for 5 hours now! We have a flat on 5th wheel. We called 4 times and each time they say they are still trying to locate a tire! Still no call back with an eta! In fact the last time we called they asked us to keep call backs to minimum since it would prolong us getting helped with high call volume! We finally gave up and had to call a tow service who is coming out with a tire to put on for us at the time of $400!!!! Never ever will we use good Sam roadside again! Worthless!

I feel your pain. I'm sure someone will be along to have you take this off line soon.Let us know if they make it right.BTW GS, that means you cover the entire bill because of the hassle you put this customer through.

We have a spare on the other side now. Our other tire went out so we don't have a spare since it had to be used.

You're traveling with no spare since you already used one, and are angry because the roadside service can't find the right one for you on a Sunday? Really? If your tires had been in good shape, or if you had replaced your spare, or had called around to help find a replacement tire maybe you wouldn't have been waiting for five hours. Sometime we have to pay the consequences for our own actions.

Actually that does not sound like a bad price for fast service on a Sunday.

Marcus team will be along shortly to tell you how sorry they are. What does surprise me is how many posts we see about GSRA and RVers still sign up. However, every time they don't show up to help Marcus investors make more profits. Saying sorry becomes becomes easier as the cash register chings up more profits. The only way I got GS road service in CA was when the CHP officer called them and was very vocal about the dangerous situation and liability involved because they weren't doing their job.

To the person who railed me about a spare tire... We had a blow out on our way to campground! That is obviously why we have no spare! Secondly.... You don't have a clue what shap any of our tires are. In fact some were brand new this season! Yes Murphy law hit on this trip and the tire guy here that we found to rescue us now at 6hours on side of road said yesterday he had another customer with same problem with good SAMs!
