Well, it turned out that I was not diligent in reading the plan. And when we needed it, turns out it didn't cover much of anything. The things that were repaired back in February were only repaired because they were discovered the day we were taking it home. We thought the extended plan covered it all. After that we really learned what the plan was worth. We were also treated differently by CW after this. Strange how CW loves their customers when they are taking your money but seem to change their attitude after. We still have issues with our TT but we are having it repaired elsewhere and not CW.
It's amazing how sometimes you get sucked into something like this and don't realize it. Lesson learned for sure. And a costly one too.
