Sorry about your problems with the extended service plan.

I have had an Extended Service Plan since 2004 on two different motor homes and I have to say I have not experienced the problems that I have seen on some posts here. Yes I have had some issues not covered or not fully covered but all and all I am very satisfied with the Good Sam Extended Service Plan and am currently waiting on a new claim that may or may not be covered pending diagnostics.
