I'm hoping you did eventually get some help. . . maybe a friendly state trooper. We broke down on I-12 north of NOLA. While our road service did dispatch quickly, a very nice trooper stopped and asked who they had dispatched. We had to call back to find out. But the trooper said. . . "I can get them here faster." As it was, he was already on his way, so we were good to go, but the trooper sat behind us with his lights flashing keeping the traffic in the other lane, which was much appreciated.
