Probably not what you want to hear, but I think pretty much all roadside assistance plans are going to have similar levels of "service".
I have found this first hand with AAA, Safeco (my policy has towing) as well as others. I could tell you about waiting two hours to get a flatbed to come tow my sports car. Or my sister waiting 3 + hours to get someone to come out and change a tire on her motorhome.
I will tell you what has given me the best service - self reliance. No, I am not saying that you should have the ability to completely replace the hub assembly on your trailer (I know I couldn't do that). But if you have a smart phone and are in an area with phone service, you have very similar resources to what Good Sam, or any Roadside Service company has.
Google towing companies. Call them. Google local area campgrounds. See if they have suggestions. Google the nearest truck stop. They almost always have a wrecker that will accommodate an RV.
Pay by credit card, save the receipt, and submit it for reimbursement.
The bottom line is that you have more motivation to help yourself out than a "representative" who is sitting in a nice, quiet, temperature controlled office, feeling underpaid, working for a company you paid $100 premium in hopes you would never have to use it.
