Something changed at GSRA?
What is with the recent flurry of GSRA complaints? Have they changed something in how they handle service requests?

And you have to remember that they have a certain list they have to go by. They just don't have the authorization to call just anyone. It's gotta be in their system. I imagine the "finding a tire" situation is similar. Many people have mentioned that they have found tires themselves, especially at a walmart or something. Obviously they do not contract through Walmart.
