Something changed at GSRA?
What is with the recent flurry of GSRA complaints? Have they changed something in how they handle service requests?

Perhaps. But research. I had a complaint & filed a BBB Complaint. CN & AAA had 3 ea complaints over the same period as GSRA had 48 in my area. GSRA finally stepped up,to the plate. I'm currently on a complimentary year of platinum service. We had a mobile mechanic dispatched Sunday who was able to fix our problem, & get us on our way.
