Special offer to join arrives 2 days after expiration

Just received special offer to join Good Sam Road Side Assistance. It had an offer that expired on 8/15/13. Today is the 17th. I think if Good Sam is going to send these out, they better time their...

I would be willing to bet that if you wanted to sign up adn cakkes the right away, they would honor the offer.
