You don't state, but guess you are calling into Coast-to-Coast and directly to Sherwood? Guessing Coast to Coast just missed that info on their database for their agents when handling calls?
If you're already calling, Letting the Park know so they can fix it probably would be a good idea... And if they don't fix/don't care and it really bothers you - don't stay there and let the owners know why?
