I have called GS 4 times for service. Each time I was in a heavily populated area. 3 times it took about 2 hours (3+ in one case) for service to show up. It took way too long talking to GS explaining where I was (I even gave GPS coordinates). Each time they sent someone that was 30-60 miles away. One time they told me it would be 1.5 hours, and someone showed up in 20 minutes. I had left the truck to get something to eat, since it would be over an hour. I had to cancel my lunch order when they called saying they were ate the truck.
I sent an EMail to GS twice, complaining about the response, especially since I was in heavily populated areas. Never a response. Not too happy with their service, but I have not had great experience with any service provider (AAA or coachnet), AAA seemed to be the best of the three.
