Stuck on road with very slow response time?
Called Good Sams due to flat tire...siting in truck with three kids and my 1 year old. An hour after phone call I'm still waiting for a return call with a plan if action from Good Sams. Is this normal?

- Based on my experience, absolutely not normal. You don't mention where you are, or where assistance must travel from. I do know that when I called the first question is: are you safe in a safe place. With a one year old you should be able to accurately say that you are not in a safe location for the child.
Hope all ends well, if not satisfactory. - AS Good Sam has no dedicated road service they have to find a facility near you willing to come provide the service for the price Good Sam is willing to pay. Sometimes it takes a while for them to find a company willing to work for the price that Good Sam offers.
I would give them a call back
