Customer service (or the lack thereof) is why I cancelled my policy with them. I called and got the run around, hang ups (accidently I am sure).
Price was great for 2 cars and my Motorhome but I changed anyway. Went to a higher price policy for the same coverage but the bumbling customer service is now gone.
I am glad I changed as if this is their norm then imagine what happens if you make a claim.
If I were you I would change. If they cannot get simple right then imagine if it gets complex.
If you save money but lose your time what is it worth.
