Swipe & Save Card

Congratulations! I was also glad that I received mine before my Life membership expired.

Well, guess what: Yep I finally got my card!

Glad I'm still alive to enjoy my swipe and save card.

I have received my Swipe & Save membership cards. They ended up sending them to me via UPS.

Kind of funny as to the long time it takes to get a card. I opened a new bank account on Wednesday afternoon (about 3:00 pm) and my bank card arrived in the mail on the next Tuesday. Think GS should find a new card vendor.

I have not yet received a plain white envelope which says "membership card enclosed, please open immediately."

Thank you for looking me up in your database. The 01/27/14 request is actually my second request. I made the first request months ago, so it appears that request was overlooked somehow. Be that as it may, I look forward to receiving my Swipe & Save cards within a few days. I will either post that I have indeed received them or that I have not.

I looked you up in the database and it only shows one card re-issue requested on 1/27. With the 3-4 week time frame, that means you should receive your new cards by 2/24. Note that the cards will arrive in a plain white envelope with no Good Sam logo - the envelope simply says "membership card enclosed, please open immediately."

If there was a second card request that was missed we apologize.

Thank you for taking a moment to explain your process and rationale Mike. However, as I indicated within my post, I have requested a Swipe & Save card twice now and am still waiting for it to arrive. How do you explain that?
