Swipe & Save Card
Why does it take so long to get the Swipe & Save card. The person I talked to on the phone today said it would be 3-4 weeks! Wonderful service!

I requested my swipe & save card several months ago and was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks, but it never arrived. I finally called again last week and was first told it would come with my next renewal. I informed the person that I'm a life member and was then told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Needless to say, I'm a little skeptical.
