The problem here was that no one gave an explanation...they handed a sheet of paper to each driver...said follow the camper in front you..it was hours before any explanations were given...all of this frustration could have been avoided with a simple "we're sorry for all this confusion...we are sending you to the mall parking lot, but are working on a solution..we will let you know as soon as we have a fix in place"
People in charge definitly dropped the ball on this one...weather report was known yesterday. Worst part about this was that the volunteers were left to deal with all the frustrated rally-goers. When our friend called to inquire about a refund (they will not attend any part of the rally) the girl in the office was actually crying because she had to deal with so many frustrated people...who again...were not given any explanation at all.
