I find it funny you use Direct TV which IMO is a horrid customer Service company to compare to Good Sam or perhaps it was the proverbial Freudian slip.
By the way the OP is complaining he got NO ANSWER in writing after being on the phone for an hour. He did not say he did not like the answer he just wants confirmation of the answer
