When someone posts a problem, it is an opportunity for GS to make it positive and make the company shine. I have yet to see GS post a resolution stating that they made the fix, did in X number of hours or days, and that the customer walked away happy.
Too many bad stories and CW or GS could do so much to prove itself and promote its business. What are you guys thinking? Did Marcus change jobs? That wasn't his line when he took over, it was all about how he was going to change things. Don't let a few bad stories ruin a business. Where is the marketing and customer service team? I don't need a job but I could use some extra money for rving :) if you need some help.
