I am not sure that two hours for service is unreasonable expectation. People are not just standing around waiting for a breakdown. Frequently the tow company is backed up helping others also.
As for make and model I suggest you have a data sheet handy with ALL your information. I do find it odd that GS does not have your information and just need to confirm so they send the right equipment out.
