Thank you Good Sam!

People don't post often enough when they have a good experience, so here is mine. My commuter car died on the side of the road just after leaving work. I called and within a few minutes my tow was arraigned and my info texted to me. At the designated time I receive a call back asking if service had been completed, the tow driver had called and said he was a few minutes out, so I said no. I was connected to an operator who verified everything was ok. I said the driver would be here soon, and was told to call back if the tow did not show. The tow arrive a couple minutes later and took me to the selected repair shop. Since I do not know the area I let Good Sam pick. It ended up being one of those places with a old salty ownr who has been fixing cars forever. Once at the shop, they were able to look at it immediately, and spent the next 2 hours on it until closing while I waited for my ride. The shop finished the repair the next day and was extremely reasonable considering the time they spent on it. My experience from the initial contact to completed repair was 5 star all the way. Thank you Good Sam!
