The unsurprising failure of GSRA
A few weeks back (against my better judgement), I purchased 3 years worth of GSRA platinum on the off chance that I would need assistance. Well, today I needed it in the form of a jump for my dead car.
Four, count them four, hours later, I still have a dead car. GSRA just informed me that it was not their problem that the dispatched company had not responded because it's only their responsibility to call them, but that they have no responsibility to make sure that they perform the work. This was the best that I could get out of them after multiple phone calls.
In other words, it's the policy of GSRA to leave customers stranded.
Buyer beware with GSRA. You will be left high and dry if you choose them over a reputable service provided by a reputable company. I'm calling tomorrow to get my money back. If GSRA doesn't refund every penny of it, I'm doing a chargeback on my Visa.
