I am no longer am a customer of GSRA. I called this morning and had my money refunded and my account cancelled. I cannot afford to pay for an unreliable service which leaves its customers stranded for many hours and then tells them that it's their problem.
Your representative suggested that I simply find someone else to do the service and pay for it myself. That begs the question as to what the point of GSRA is and why I would pay you for offering no service to me whatsoever.
Since I often travel with an elderly parent, I cannot gamble on the chance that I'll catch GSRA on a good day where your company representatives believe that I'm owed the service that was advertised and that I paid for.
