I called multiple times over the 4 hours. Each time they missed a previously stated arrival time. A couple of times their automated system called me to see if the service had been performed.
So no, I did not wait 4 hours. I'm pretty sure that my original post made reference to multiple calls, did it not? Yep, here it is: "This was the best that I could get out of them after multiple phone calls."
