good to know.. some more details on where you might have been located, how long it took the service to come to you etc. are helpful as well..
knowing if you were 50 miles in the middle of no where in the middle on the night getting the same level of service is different if you are in a large city during the week day when the call was make.. that is what separates the good from the average.
