Tire Mounting Clarification

I know at one time it was mentioned that GSRA will charge a customer $150 to have roadside service mount an un inflated tire on the side of the road. Is this still true?

  • Thank you for the post wbwood. The price of mounting for a tire swap or tire purchase on the side of the road can fluctuate depending on industry pricing. Independently some providers charge a set rate and some change by the hour with a two hour minimum which could be between $100-$175 per hour or more depending on the time of day, location, season, etc. Good Sam covers bringing the shop roadside and the member is responsible for the parts and labor while the shop/provider is there.
