Received a phone call from Transit Pros. Compared tire prices and discussed the issues I felt were questionable while sitting as a captive audience on the side of the road. While being assured that Transit Pros and Good Sam have the best of intentions, I was mildly surprised to receive a credit to my account for the price difference, and a good faith stipend to boot. I did explain to the adjuster that it was not my intent for re-imbursement, but to voice my concern over the way things went down on the phone, and the national tire price statement. A few other small details were noted, and I believe that they will be better at addressing other callers in the future. I personally think they try to meet the needs of all RV'ers, but it is a large responsibility, and things happen.
I apologize for the time it has taken to respond, but I have had a learning experience with satellite wi-fi, and storms, and contractors, and cancelled appointments, and did I say computers? ;)
