Totally BAD experience with GOOD SAM
I had hoped for better, I traded in my camper that I had purchased from Camping World to another dealer. when I did i immediately called Good Sam for a refund of the rest of my extended warranty. I was then told that I had to go thru the camping world dealer. So I traveled that route, the dealer didn't return my repeated call and when I finally did get someone the made me send my new buyers order to them in an email. Then again no communications. After several attempts I finally got a hold of them again when they sent me forms that I apparently had to fill out and said it would be 6 weeks for my refund. I waited 6 weeks and NOTHING. When I finally contacted them again the sent me directly to the Insurance company who just had me fill out MORE forms (same ones that I previously filled out but with their name in the HEADER). I am now AGAIN told that I have to wait 6 weeks as they do not expedite anything. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
