And further, and I'm assuming here, if the shop that serviced the vehicle screwed up or the part is defective, they should be paying to get it towed to them for repair.
Your post is getting me to think that you're indicating the problem is with Good Sam, but it may be someone else?

It is not an RV. We have a platinum roadside assistance that covers towing of all vehicles in the household including the RV. We don't know if it is a fault of the dealership. If it is, we will talk to them about paying for the towing, but someone has to pay for it up front which is what we did. An extra amount.
