You're probably right, but who do you call for towing assistance when you're on the road. Having a single point of contact is convenient. Since 2014 we've used the tow truck benefit twice.
My dad has had a few breakdowns on the highway in his coach, he has always called 911 and they've given him a tow company to call that could handle the coach. He asked one time if it was appropriate to call 911 for a situation like that, they told him "Yes, if you're along the side of the road. If you're offroad, at home, or a campground or just need unlocked, they wouldn't consider that an emergency."
