I had one instance of needing help from Good Sam while I was towing my Fiver. They took the Chevy to a Chevy Dealer, and took my FW to an RV park that was close by. We stayed in the RV park two days while the truck was repaired. All the towing was covered by the GS policy, and we had zero issues with them. We only had to wait about 90 minutes for them to arrive.
