I have had to call each time they send me one of these "autopay notices". The only recourse I have is to keep checking my credit card to make sure nothing was put on.
You keep asking for me to send you my contact and you will look into it. Why not just put a stop to AUTOPAY NOTICES. and let people decide if they want to renew.
Your phone calls have not resulted in change so far. You call at unreasonable hours and really expect people to live with their phones glued to their ears.
