Travel Planner

Yeah, bummer. I was in the middle of my trip home, going a new way. . . I had it all planned out on the GS Travel Planner and boom. . . nothing. It kept directing me to the "pay" page and I am all paid up for another year. I could not get to where I had my trip planned, etc.

Guess I won't be using GS for that anymore. If they can do that and not even know what's going on, it is too unreliable to use.

Just wondering if anyone has been able to access the trip planner in the last couple of days. I have had no luck at all.

I received an e-mail today tellingme they want to link all of my accounts but yet I can not get into the travel planner.

Nope. Tried just now. Takes me to the pay page. I'm paid up for another year. No access to the trip planner.

I sent an e-mail to Good Sam about the issue. I doubt if any thing will come of it but at least I tried.

I am glad we have other options out there for trip planning since it seems as if this one is going away.

I still can’t get into Travel Planner. Sent and email last week to Marcus about the problem. Ashley responded within hrs with the following:
“Thank you for your time and email. We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the trip you had planned. We are aware of the issue and are working to get this technical difficulty fix ASAP so our members can get back to planning their trips. There has been alot of updated happening to our website to make it better for our members and we have hit a bump in the road We apologize fir any inconvenience this may have caused.”

I received the following message from Good Sam

Hello, Thank you for your time and email. Our Website was going through new updates and as a result we notice some issues popping up on different parts of our site. Trip planner was one of the features effected. We are happy to inform you that our IT team has been working hard to get this resolved for out members and it is now back up and running. Please let us know if you continue to have these issues.

Good Sam sent me a request to update my info with my Good Sam Account number. It is now back so I can use it.

Well, I just tried to get into the trip planner and again it took me to the join page. This is starting to get real old.

Well, guess I owe some one an apology. I just went through the process of confirminh my account and now it appears to be working. Sorry for all the confusion.

Well Cliffy49 you must be fortunate. I've been trying to get into trip planner for the past 3 days and it want's me to join or renew my membership. I'm good thru 2024. Really sucks.

TRIP PLANNER STILL NOT WORKING.

Here is a trick that may work. If you have been directed to the page that wants to link all yout accounts, double check and make certain that you member number is correct. Mine was not and after correcting that i was able to get into trip planner. I have not tried getting into the planner for a couple of days, so I may try to get into it and see what happens.
