Travel Planner

I have been trying to get online to use Travel Planner for days. Log in and for a few seconds shows the trip planner web page but then jumps back to log in page. I called the 800 # twice and they thought it was down but did not know for sure. Is it down? When will it be up? It’s not me. Rebooted both iPad and iPhone. It’s happening on both.
  • Well, I just tried to get into the trip planner and again it took me to the join page. This is starting to get real old.

    Well, guess I owe some one an apology. I just went through the process of confirminh my account and now it appears to be working. Sorry for all the confusion.
  • I received the following message from Good Sam

    Hello, Thank you for your time and email. Our Website was going through new updates and as a result we notice some issues popping up on different parts of our site. Trip planner was one of the features effected. We are happy to inform you that our IT team has been working hard to get this resolved for out members and it is now back up and running. Please let us know if you continue to have these issues.

    Good Sam sent me a request to update my info with my Good Sam Account number. It is now back so I can use it.
  • I still can’t get into Travel Planner. Sent and email last week to Marcus about the problem. Ashley responded within hrs with the following:
    “Thank you for your time and email. We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the trip you had planned. We are aware of the issue and are working to get this technical difficulty fix ASAP so our members can get back to planning their trips. There has been alot of updated happening to our website to make it better for our members and we have hit a bump in the road We apologize fir any inconvenience this may have caused.”
  • I sent an e-mail to Good Sam about the issue. I doubt if any thing will come of it but at least I tried.

    I am glad we have other options out there for trip planning since it seems as if this one is going away.
  • Nope. Tried just now. Takes me to the pay page. I'm paid up for another year. No access to the trip planner.
  • Just wondering if anyone has been able to access the trip planner in the last couple of days. I have had no luck at all.

    I received an e-mail today tellingme they want to link all of my accounts but yet I can not get into the travel planner.
  • Yeah, bummer. I was in the middle of my trip home, going a new way. . . I had it all planned out on the GS Travel Planner and boom. . . nothing. It kept directing me to the "pay" page and I am all paid up for another year. I could not get to where I had my trip planned, etc.

    Guess I won't be using GS for that anymore. If they can do that and not even know what's going on, it is too unreliable to use.
