Trip planner.

Question

I am a member of Good Sam already and log in when I visit the website. Why its it that when I try to use the trip planner I get a page that tells me to join? To pick the duration package I want? I would like to use the trip planner but have given up trying.

I use it all the time as I am on the road. I found out a long time ago when that was happening to me that Good Sam doesn't care.

What does work though is to back out of completely and log in (even if you are already logged in). Log in to the main site and then I think you have to log in again at the Trip Planner. But then it works. You just have to exit completely, then go back in from the beginning.
