Trip Planner error message

Have used Trip Planner many time before with no problems. Now when I try to open it, from any of my devices, I get the following error message and cannot make a new trip.
"trips.goodsam.com says
Got metadata The request was forbidden. Your credentials may be denied or suspended"

What has happened? How is the problem corrected?
Tried
Signing out and then back in
Cleared my browser history.
none of that worked

  • I am getting the same error message also -- have used to set trips during the summer, but today will not let me create or save trips
  • Getting the same error message also, seems it could be a Trip Planner issue.
