Trip Planner losing trips
Once again I have lost all but my two oldest trips.. Last time I was told the servers had to be reset. Can anyone explain why trips are disappearing. I would like to be able to rely on the Good Sam ...

If there is a resolution to this matter, I'd like to know it also rather than it being resolved totally on PM.
I use Trip Planner a lot and I would be devastated if I lost a trip. It bothers me that I cant back it up but I understand why its not done. I benefit by the ability to access trip info from any of our many devices. I continue to try many other trip planners but keep coming back to GSC for its great interface and ease of use.
