Trying to understand the problem. Do mean that you see the "+" icon but nothing happens when you click on it?

It works fine on my mac.

The program uses JAVA, OSRM(a C++ engine), and html. Make sure your JAVA is up to date and you have turned off pop-up blockers(or added to exclude sites). Make sure the browser your using is the latest version.
