Trip planner

So I went to fine tune an upcoming trip I was working on and low and behold GS sent it into cyber-space? Sure would be nice if you foks could fix the problem forthos of us that rely on GS trip planner
  • I guess you didn't read the post just before yours at 4:56 PM. I brought this issue up and they are working on it this weekend. I also was trying to tune up a trip.

    Thank you for contacting Good Sam. We are aware there is an issue with the Good Sam Trip Planner. We are working with the developers and do not have a specific date when the issues will be resolved. The developers will be working through the weekend to fix the issues.

    I brought this to their attention months ago with no answers on a fix. I do know, if you have or have access an older version of Internet Explorer, Windows 7, it works fine. I have Windows 10 and they send automatic updates, one of which is Microsoft Edge as their browser. That seems to be about the time I began to experience issues with the Exclusive Trip Planner.
  • Please get the trip planner fixed. Working on a long trip and have the majority of it done. Need th trip planner to complete. This is just a bit annoying.
  • I've had Windows 10 for some since it came out and never had a problem until now. So I doubt it has anything to do with it. The Trip Planned was lost when the GS page was changed to the new look with the 4 linked images.
