Those parks are "affiliated", not "owned" by Good Sam Enterprises. Depending upon your problems, Coast to Coast may or may not be able to be of any assistance whatsoever. Many issues and items will be out of the control of Coast to Coast. The only people who would have the ability to help will be the ownership and management of the park in question, not Coast to Coast. No different than parks with Good Sam affiliation, KOA franchised parks and the on and on. Reading between the lines (having an unresolved problem for 3 years) I am going to guess your problem won't fall under the issues that Coast to Coast can solve.
