Unable to log into Good Sam

A few days ago, I sent an e-mail to webmaster@goodsam.com and have not received any response. I am not able to log into Good Sam. If my log in is my E-mail address, it is not letting me log in. I DO receive e-mails from Good Sam quite often, so I'm sure you've got my e-mail address correct. Still I cannot not in. When I tried using the "forget password" it's not letting me in either. So at this point, I have no clue what my user ID is or my current password. Can you help please?

    I haven't been able to correct my address or change my password. I was told there were website problems. How long to get them fixed?

    Yes, it says my account already exists based on my member ID.
