UPDATE TO LOSS OF COMMON SENSE
UPDATE FROM ON LOSS OF COMMON SENSE BSOIL 1948.
well I have to say GS responded quickly as I got a call the following morning.
lady said she would see what she could do and get back to me. this was Friday last week. I told her take her time cause I was going to do what I had to do. and have a year to decide.
she got back to me in about 3hrs and said the top dogs said to pay for everything including the deduct. I had to pay for it and then send all in for reimbursement.
ok no problem. told her to send me a letter or email stating what we had agreed upon so there would be no more confusion and I have proof.
waited till yesterday.
no email no letter call GS the customer service guy said there was something about they would pay for shower to be fixed but not specific about the wall and the deduct. there was no signature of who handled the call nor contact info.
if I had went and paid to have it fixed the next thing would have been there was no specific record stating what was agreed upon.
told the cust. ser. to research and get back to me. as of 2 days no hear anything.
told him I would definitely want something in hard copy writing since no specific record was recorded in my file about exactly what would be paid for.

GET IT IN WRITING IF THERE IS A RESOLUTION.
this morning, since I had no letter and no email, I tried to call Elizabeth black Osborn who responded to this topic first. I called the ext ser number at gs. they don't even know about ask marcus or anything pertaining to it. i have no idea where these people are or what. i do have to say the lady did try to give me a phone number when she first called and like a dummy i didn't take it down since i was going to have her email me the final agreement.
so if Elizabeth is monitoring this topic good sam doesn't know u exist please call with contact info.
